4. AI-Generated Content

SyndicIQ uses artificial intelligence to generate analyses, financial models, recommendations, summaries, and reports.

AI-generated outputs:

• Are intended to assist decision-making.
• Are based on uploaded documents, user inputs, and available information.
• May contain inaccuracies or omissions.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and approving all AI-generated outputs before relying on them for investment, legal, tax, accounting, financing, or business decisions.

SyndicIQ does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all documents, financial information, and other content you upload to the Services ("User Content").

By uploading User Content, you grant SyndicIQ a limited license to process, analyze, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

You represent that you have all necessary rights and permissions to upload such content.

You agree not to:

• Upload malicious code or harmful content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform.

Use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SyndicIQ disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy.

We do not guarantee that the Services will be error-free or meet your specific business requirements.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SyndicIQ and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business opportunities, or data.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to SyndicIQ during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Termination does not relieve either party of obligations that accrued before termination.

Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida, and each party consents to the jurisdiction of those courts.
