Billing & Subscription Policy

At SyndicIQ, we believe billing should be simple, transparent, and predictable. This policy explains how subscriptions, payments, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and enterprise agreements are handled.

Subscription Plans

SyndicIQ offers subscription plans designed for individual investors, acquisition teams, and institutional organizations.

Available plans may include:

• Founding Member
• Professional
• Team
• Enterprise

Each plan includes different features, usage limits, and pricing as described on our Pricing page.

Billing Cycle

Subscriptions are billed in advance.

Depending on your selected plan, billing occurs:

• Monthly
• Annually
• Custom Enterprise billing (contract)

Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled before the next renewal date.

Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed during checkout.

Enterprise customers may also pay via:

• ACH
• Wire Transfer
• Invoice (where applicable)

Automatic Renewal

To ensure uninterrupted service, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle.

You'll continue to have access to SyndicIQ until your subscription expires if you choose not to renew.

Upgrades

You may upgrade your subscription at any time.

When upgrading:

• New features become available immediately.
• Billing adjustments are prorated when applicable.
• Your renewal date may remain the same depending on your billing cycle.

Downgrades

You may downgrade your subscription before your next renewal.

Downgrades become effective at the start of the next billing period.

Certain features, storage limits, or team functionality may no longer be available after the downgrade takes effect.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

Monthly Plans

• Access continues until the end of your current billing period.
• No additional charges will occur after cancellation.
• Partial refunds are not provided.

Annual Plans

• Cancellation prevents future renewals.
• Your subscription remains active until the prepaid term expires.

Enterprise agreements follow the cancellation terms outlined in the signed contract.

Refund Policy

We encourage customers to evaluate SyndicIQ using any available trial period before purchasing.

Unless otherwise required by law:

• Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable.
• Annual subscription fees are non-refundable.
• Partial refunds are not issued for unused subscription periods.

If you believe you've been charged incorrectly, please contact us within 14 days. Verified billing errors will be corrected promptly.

No credit card is required to start your trial. The trial ends automatically once you have completed 2 deal analyses. To continue analyzing deals after that, upgrade to a paid plan.

Founding Member Program

Founding Member pricing is a limited-time offer available to early adopters.

Benefits may include:

• Discounted pricing
• Early access to new features
• Priority support
• Product roadmap participation

Founding Member pricing is grandfathered while your subscription remains active and in good standing.

If a Founding Member subscription is canceled or allowed to lapse, reactivation may be subject to current pricing and plan availability.

Enterprise Billing

Enterprise subscriptions are customized for each organization and may include:

• Annual contracts
• Multi-year agreements
• Custom onboarding
• Enterprise configuration
• Dedicated support
• Training
• Professional implementation services

Billing schedules and payment terms are governed by your Enterprise Agreement.

Taxes

Applicable taxes, VAT, GST, or other government fees may be added where required by law.

Customers are responsible for any taxes associated with their subscription unless otherwise specified.

Failed Payments

If a payment cannot be processed:

• We'll notify you.
• You'll have an opportunity to update your payment method.
• Continued failed payments may result in temporary suspension or cancellation of your subscription.

Account Suspension

SyndicIQ reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Fraudulent activity
• Violation of our Terms of Service
• Unauthorized access
• Abuse of the platform
• Non-payment

Data After Cancellation

Following cancellation or subscription expiration:

• Your account may enter a limited-access state.
• We recommend exporting reports and documents before your subscription ends.
• Data may be retained for a limited period in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws before permanent deletion.

Price Changes

From time to time, we may update subscription pricing.

Existing customers will receive advance notice before any pricing changes take effect.

Pricing changes do not affect the remainder of your current billing term.
